CQLGA Annual Report 2011

‘Change’ and ‘consolidation’ are the two words that best reflect the operational activities of the CQLGA in 2010/11.

Change is an ongoing element of all workplaces today, and manifests itself in many different ways. For the CQLGA, the 2010 restructure was finalised to work effectively to deliver better service levels to members and adding value to councils in a collaborative regional framework.
