The Operations Manager along with the Chief Executive Officer forms the leadership team of the Central Queensland Local Government Association (CQLGA). Michelle's role ensures the operational functions of CQLGA are run effectively and efficiently so as to support the association’s achievement of its strategic objectives.
Qualifications
· Bachelor of Communication (with Distinction)
· Diploma of Teaching (Primary)
· Associate Certificate of Applied Management
· Cert IV in Workplace Assessment and Training
Trudy is responsible for coordinating the physical and administrative environment for effective and smooth operations of the office.
Tegan is responsible for the coordination of the human resource functions of the organisation.
Vikki is a CPA and fulfils the role of Accountant on a part time basis. She is responsible for the financial aspects of the organisation.
Emma's position is responsible for developing and implementing projects related to the operations of the CQLGA and CQWM.
Briana's position is highly involved in delivery of our EarthSmart Schools program. Briana also assists with the implementation of communication and promotion programs for CQLGA.
Kaye is a full time employee, she is responsible for assisting CQLGA member councils to meet waste minimisation targets.
Carol is a part-time employee, she is responsible for delivering the Public Place Recycling Introductory Program. This program is funded through the Australian Packaging Covenant and the Department of Environment and Resource Management to implement and improve Public Place Recycling at events in Central Queensland.
Nina is a part time employee, her role assists to implement the EarthSmart Schools education and promotion program that fosters positive behavioural change to reduce waste to landfill within Central Queensland schools.
Caitlin is a casual employee. Her role is to assist with the design work for the CQLGA.
Rohan is a casual employee. He is currently assisting in the Communications for CQLGA projects including EarthSmart Schools and the CQ Regional Plan.
Karan is responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the organisation.
